Alabama Interconnect

This will reset a subscriber’s (user) password in Samsung SVMi-2e, SVMi-4e, SVMi-8e, SVMi-16e and SVMi-20e voice mail systems.

1. Press the voice mail button.
2. Press the * key.When you hear your greeting dial # 0 0 0 0.
3. Enter the password 0 0 0 0.
4. Press 2 for subscriber admin.
5. Enter the number of the phone/mailbox (ex. 203) and then the pound key.
6. If you entered the correct mailbox press 1.
7. Press 5 to edit the subscriber.
8. Press 1 to reset the password to 0 0 0 0.
9. Hangup the receive or press the ANS/RLS key if you are on speaker phone.
