With the handset down:- Press Transfer Button
- Dial 200
- When asked for passcode
- Enter 43211 (may be 12341 if your system is older)
- Then press Transfer
- Now your access to system admin programming is open
- Press Transfer Button
- Dial 505
- You will see two display lines – 1 with your current system info and the 2nd will be for your new system info.
- Enter day of the week – 1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday, 3 for Wednesday …
- Enter Date – month two digits, day two digits, year two digits for ex 10/06/18
- Enter correct time – if after 12:00 noon enter in military hrs
- Then press Transfer button to save

With handset down:- Press Transfer 103
- Your extension number will be displayed in brackets and the current mode of your phone will be displayed on the second display line
- Press 0 to make your phone ring on intercom and transferred calls
- Press 1 to set your phone to auto answer mode where you will be given a tone and then your speaker turns on and you can hear the person intercoming you.
- Press 2 to set you phone to voice announce mode where others can intercom into your office to announce but they cannot hear what is being said in your office until you lift the handset.
- Then press Transfer to save.

With the handset down:- Press Transfer button
- Dial 104
- Your extension number will displayed in brackets and your name will be on second display line.
- To clear the current name press HOLD
- Then using the numbers on your keypad press the number that corresponds to the letter you need much like the old style texting method.
- When finished press Transfer button.

How can I re-record the main greeting on my voice mail system?
With handset down:- Press VM button to call voice mail or dial the group number for the voice mail(ex 519, 529,etc) This would have been given to you at install training.
- When asked for your passcode press the * key
- Then when the main greeting answers press #0000
- Then when asked for passcode enter system admin passcode which default is 0000.
- Then press 1 to edit system prompts
- Follow the spoken instructions:
- Prompt numbers are: 1001 – Day; 1002 – Night; 1003 –Holiday; 1004 – Emergency/ Weather
- You can now press 1 to listen to that prompt
- Press 2 to add to it
- Press 3 to discard and record a new greeting in that prompt
- After recording you can press 1 to listen to what you just recorded.
- Be sure to press # after you are satisfied with recording.
- Then you can press * to back out to other options or just hang up.

Press Transfer Button- Dial 200
- When asked for passcode

- Dial 512
- The first display line shows :MM/DD :RP :VM
- The second display line is for entering the information for the holiday entry number 01 through 20.
- If you have no entries yet press the RIGHT soft key(third across the top of phone) to advance the curser.
- Enter the month and day of your holiday
- Then enter the ring plan you want the system to follow- 02 is for day; 01 is for night/closed
- Then enter the voice mail mode number you want to play during this holiday – 3 is normally holiday. This means the greeting that will be played is whatever is recorded in greeting 1003 of the voice mail. You can use any mode of the voice mail but just be sure that what is recorded in the corresponding prompt is what you want callers to hear.
- Then press Transfer to save.
